Why in the world can't asu schedule big teams anymore my guess is that Alabama is scared to play us and other big named teams like FSU UNC duke West Virginia Texas a&m Arkansas Maryland why can GSU are rivals schedule these teams when we can't I really think there scared to play us

Also, considering our record against "big time" BCS opponents recently nobody is scared to play us. Last time we kept it (legitimately) close was ECU 2009 29-24. Otherwise we've been getting spanked for more than a decade. And no, I didn't forget about Michigan.

Hopefully we can start a new trend this year.

The Tar Heels are scared, one could easily make the argument, but I don't think any other schools are scared... Yet.

Give the kid a break. He's 14, and although his video work is definitely amateur I appreciate his love for Appalachian State at such a young age. He was wrong with his post and will learn to know facts before you post for the big boys to see.

Both Chapel Hill and Duke have scheduled future home and home's with Charlotte. I bet both see it as a de-fact home game for their Charlotte-area alums. They wouldn't get such a warm welcome in Boone from most people.

At least with NC State scheduling home and home's with Troy, South Alabama and ODU, they're looking at recruiting. There's no recruiting edge in scheduling App. But then again, there's none in scheduling ECU either.

Much to easy to be a Wal-mart fan of the ACC teams. We need to do our very best to encourage and make anyone feel at home on this message board that reaches out to App, young or old, but especially the young.

Also, drop the BCS reference and use P5 instead...

We scared them more than most of the ACC teams on their schedule. We actually game them 3 quarters of competative football.
