Thought they already had a waiting list....I assume this is to gauge interest in more?

I wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to gauge interest in regards to pricing and possibly stadium expansion. If they see that more people are willing to spend money on premium seating, they would look into more suites in the next stage of expansion.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
So $5K Yosef and then I wonder what season tickets in the suites cost. I would think there are plenty of people willing to fork out the $5K as long as the ticket price is not crippling.

Per appstatesports.com, the waiting list for club seats is 100 (over?) when I looked today.Rekdiver wrote:Thought they already had a waiting list....I assume this is to gauge interest in more?

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
Does anyone know if the suites are sold out for all games now? I look and sometimes there are empty suites.
I think there is a demand for more club seats. The Owens field house end is an ideal place for that.

I don't know for sure, but it appears the area below the east upper deck could accommodate suites. Could add seats and revenue by closing in that area. It would also give the east side a much needed finished look.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
We really need a north endzone premium seating area to tap into the demand for club seats. I'd like to see a facility that bridged the east and west stands with 1-2k regular seats and two-three floors of club seats over those seats. Something similar to ODU.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
I got a response.
Club seats $1,500 to $2,500 Yosef Donation Long (depending on how many seats you want)waiting list based on lifetime giving. Seats are $750
Suites they want a min $5,000 YC donation then a multi year commitment of $28k+ and a 1 year commit of 30k+ I have no idea how many seats are in a suite.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
Each suite includes seating for up to 20 guests (10 fixed seats, 10 movable seats)
I wonder what the cost would be for one game (if no one has it for the year)? I have used a suite at Braves game @$100 per ticket.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
The likelihood that they will remove the track altogether during the next round of renovations isn't high. When it comes down to it, removing the track will be a very, very expensive project with them having to dig down into hard rock to get love enough down. The only other option would be to pull the track up and put piecemealed seating into the lower sections. I'd take a complete looking stadium over removing the track any day.Rekdiver wrote:Couldnt you remove the track...unless we plan to host the Olympics...........

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
At $35,000 for one year between YC donation and the $30k paymnent and with 6 home games for 20 seats the price is $291 per seat. $275 per seat for the $28k price tag plus $5k YC donation.Rekdiver wrote:I got a response.

I never count my Yosef Club donation in the cost of the tickets.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote:At $35,000 for one year between YC donation and the $30k paymnent and with 6 home games for 20 seats the price is $291 per seat. $275 per seat for the $28k price tag plus $5k YC donation.Rekdiver wrote:I got a response.

The donation to the Yosef Club is my giving back to the university to support student athletes.

Re: Premium seating opportunities...
So if you got 10 couples to get a suite the annual cost with the 5-7% increase per year 1st year cost will be $3,429 per couple.
