I don't see Yosef on anything. That's very odd.

Or maybe old gold with a black Yosef head.......Only half kidding, I have given up on ever seeing old gold. Can we at least get some ice in the stadium cups!!!!!!!

Of course .....Black helmet, gold NC outline and white block A might be pretty cool

Keep the helmet simple. The state of NC imop is too busy - too EZU. Block A or old school yosef. Nothing else, please.

Well I've been wrong before, but my gut feeling is a flat black helmet with the Nike styled yosef head.

Big fan of these unis. The simplicity is very appealing. Here's hoping the gold/white outfits are only worn on the road!

ESPN includes an "edgy" version of the schools logo for most espn3 broadcast. Personally, I love this version of old/new school Yosef. Could look cool on a dark grey helmet.

I'm just not sure if we have the rights to use it? Or would we pay for use since we do not own the design?

That logo was actually for their preseason CFP campaign. They did one for every FBS team.

We got to get rid of the yellow shoes though....I kept thinking there was a penalty flag on every play

I like the yellow shoes and think most student athletes do too. vibrant shoes are popular now.

Whoa. Punisher skull on one of the shirts. One of those things the spectators would never see, but if it pumps up our guys, I'm down. And I'm guessing that's a "today I give my all" shirt next to it?

I'm not crazy about the numbers and I miss the white block-A.

I had the same question. IMO that could be the best helmet we've ever had, but I doubt it's usable from an IP perspective.

I'm old school. I've given up on ever seeing Old Gold again and have come to accept the yellow. The one thing I'd like to see is official, school approved, and do not mess with it all logos. To me the block "A" with "Mountaineers" in the middle is now a set and identifiable brand. Stick with it so that there is no mistaking it. No one questions what an orange paw print is, or a (lordy I hate to admit this) blue tar heel is. Let's stick with the block "A" and the Yosef logo and make them our ID! Quit trying to invent the wheel. I don't want us to become the Oregon of the Mountains.

Glad to see the bland "Appalachian State" removed from the chest. Would like to see football incorporate the cursive "Mountaineers" that you see on the volleyball unis.
