When you posted this they were not open. They're open 9-4. I still can't get through...busy signal.

I had multiple attempts end in busy signals. Once I finally got through, it rang, went to DJ talking about the 2015 season for a few minutes, then someone finally picked up. 4 in section 206, 4 GA and 2 season tickets in 206 were the result of being on hold that long.

There needs to be an easier way than calling the ticket office to order these tickets. Possibly online through your Yosef Club login?

They are definitely slammed this morning, and probably will be all day. I would imagine a sell out by tomorrow afternoon of assigned seats. I am sure they'll post it as soon as that last ticket is gone.

FINALLY...FINALLY....FINALLY got through. Bought 4 in section 112 and 4 GA. Asked about additional seating for GA, and they said there are still talks and that it's possible they expand the area in the north endzone.

You need to click on your username just below the Yosef's Cabin logo. Select User Control Panel from the dropdown menu, then select the Board Preferences tab. On that tab you can change your time settings for the board display.

The programming for doing tiered sales dates would likely be an expensive endeavor. If there were not a way of vetting for donor level online, you'd end up with folks who had a Wednesday schedule date trying to get tickets on Monday. I hear that some folks even called Monday when they knew it wasn't their turn yet. I'm sure those same people would try to find a way to game an online system.

Give the folks in the ticket office a break. They're answering phones and taking orders as fast as they can. There are more folks in the $500 - $1499 range than there are in the $5000+ range. Be patient.

I understand they're doing the best they can, however that does not change the fact the process can be better. For the resources they have, they're doing a great job and I told them that when I called today. None of my complaints have anything to do with the front line people, that have little control over the process. I told the lady, "You sound very calm for someone who is getting slammed with calls. Keep up the good work, the madness will end soon enough." I even joked with her telling her I had been calling all morning because I wanted extra tickets for the Idaho game.

As for calling Monday, I am guilty to which you told me was not cool on another thread. Did it once, was told no, and moved on with my life. Works for some things in life, but not this time. Won't try it again (Even next year for Wake which will likely have similar demand), but was worth a shot.

It's the biggest game so this is expected, I just hope and feel confident that they will apply this experience to process improvements for the future. That is all.

There are a lot more people that give in the $500-$1499 group that opened up today than when you called.

I think anyone who calls in on a day previous to that which is assigned should have their allotment cut in half. (:
