Every game sans @ Akron can now be seen on tv or ESPN3. I imagine that one may be on ESPN3 as well.

More time to tailgate and more time to travel. Let's hope we have great weather and wear white.

American Sports Network--- carried in Asheville/Greenville/Spartanburg media area on MY40 TV. (Their announcers and camera quality definitely ain't ESPN). But maybe a little surprising --This TV market is a Top 35 national market last time I checked.

Link to DMA market size. Pretty interesting ammunition for App to make a pitch when "Market Size" is discussed.

So I mean hypothetically what does this mean in terms of TV markets for conference expansions? I know we were left out of CUSA because of TV market size basically but if we're included in charlottes doesn't that mean we can deliver the Charlotte tv market theoretically?

Theoretically it should and was a selling point of ours. Personally though, I am sooooo happy CUSA fell through. We are in a much better place where we are at. CUSA gambled big and with their recent new tv contract - it failed.

Agree 100% with you on this. But I'm thinking about future selling points to bigger conferences. IMO if we come into the SBC and first year of bowl eligibility and with FCS recruits still on our roster and we go 11-2, football-wise we need to be in a better conference. I understand basketball needs to be better, and a lot of other things need to happen. But in the interest of off-season hypotheticals. We're the best football school in the Charlotte TV market and over the years we should be able to use that for leverage. It is a sought after market. Thoughts?

~5 years ago we were complaining about our two televised games on PBS, fast forward to four nationally televised games, two regional TV games, and all others streamed on ESPN3, certainly beat my expectations.
