Just got our season tickets also! So pumped for the season to start! It's our first time as season ticket holders and it's been since 2006 that I went to every home game...CANNOT WAIT!!!!!

Takes a week for stuff to get to Charlotte.......

Man that's horrible. Mine was thrown on the porch but nothing to that extreme. Surely you can reach out to the club and have those replaced.

Yea that crossed my mind.... Really pisses me off because they taped the bag up like that would fix the damaged contents. I mean even the car tag has a crease in it. I guess the tickets are usable but they are all creased up and dirty. Not exaggerating they literally look like they have road rash.
