This admin has been VERY good about listening to the fans, and then actually following through to make the changes we all want. I'm extremely excited about the overall direction of our AD right now. I hear there are more changes on the way too!

Visited KBS today and I can confirm that the bleachers are higher, wider, and sturdier. They aren't the green ones we have seen in years past.

Unless we beat show well at UTk, beat ODU and Miami I hope we only rented them for a month because ticket sales to all games not Miami appear down.

Pretty disappointing for a fanbase that believes it needs a 30k seat stadium.

Anyway back to the good news about the endzone, just keep it simple with the design and one color for the letters.

I was able to get out to KBS to see what's going on tonight. I got this shot of the stadium. You can see the full scale of the temporary stands in the end zone with this. Notice that they stretch the entire length of the endzone and have an additional layer on the top this year. Secondly, you can't tell very well in this photo, but they are starting to paint the edges of both endzones with a darker color. I'm not sure if this is just something so they can easily pull the turf up or what, but thought it would be worth mentioning.

This black around the end zones is the "crumb" rubber that has been sweep from the turf of the end zones.

Black end zones, the temp bleachers and, cover the track with turf. That would be great IMO- until we can do more permanent stuff.
