Re: Where the White Apparel At?
Somewhere on the ASU website, I saw where they will be selling White ASU apparel as soon as you get into the stadium, heck if they want us all to wear white, why don't they put a free $10 shirt on every seat on the home side? I know I know that cost too much money.

Re: Where the White Apparel At?
I called every Dicks in Charlotte, went to every sports store in North Lake Mall, and ended up buying the only white App golf shirt they had left from the Dicks there. It's a size too small and has a black smudge on the collar, but she gave it to me 15% off. All the stores had a ton of App gear: black, grey, yellow, t-shirts, golf shirts, cotton, drifit -- nothing white. Accoding to a few of the stores' employees I wasn't the only one looking.
I think I got the last white App shirt in the Queen City.

That's funny, I just wonder how much of the stands is going to be in actual white, maybe there needs to be a bet......say 25%?

Re: Where the White Apparel At?
My girlfriend and I picked up two at the Sports Fanatic in the Boone mall last night. they *maybe* had 20 white shirts in various designs. Like Sesame Street Gonzo, I had to purchase a shirt with a small hole at a discount as it was the only one in my size left.Deano wrote:Gonzo wrote:I called every Dicks in Charlotte, went to every sports store in North Lake Mall, and ended up buying the only white App golf shirt they had left from the Dicks there. Re: Where the White Apparel At?
I might actually have an old polo type "App" shirt in the back of my closest that someone gave me years ago. Never wear it because that's not our colors!

Talked to a buddy who's in grad school (so jealous he's back in Boone full-time) and he said there's plenty of white gear at the bookstore and at the shops on King St.

Re: Where the White Apparel At?
Years ago , just after the Miracle on the Mountain game, one of our app folk printed up some cool black tees with just "Go For 2" on them and sold them online. I have two of them that I bought for my son and myself. Maybe they could print up some solid black tees with "I couldn't find my WHITE tshirt" on the front in white letters. I would probably buy one of those as well.

Re: Where the White Apparel At?
I spoke to the owner of Mountaineer Mania when I was in Boone a few weeks ago, asking if they had a shirt for the 'White Out'. He said for every 1,000 shirts he sells, probably only about 10 are white. It's not worth his time and money to print white shirts. I also don't understand why the Athletics department keeps sending links to the online store when promoting the 'White Out', but they don't have any white merchandise to sell. They even offered a discount on merchandise that does not exist.

Re: Where the White Apparel At?
Stopped by the bookstore today, sure hope the stadium store is well stocked because they had NOTHING at the bookstore. So disgusted with the selection. I am sure you could find a plain white t shirt with ASU on it, NO drifit, UA anything of any thought of being decent. They sure have gone downhill since they bought all those game jerseys and could not sell them.
