What are the rules for parking on the side of the road on Rivers St? Is that assigned with a tag or first come first serve?

Pardon my ignorance. I've always parked at a friend's house off King St.

First come first serve. But(!) There is much less of an opportunity then there has been in years past. For some reason they continue to cut into the amount of space every year. Essentially no parking from 321 to Stadium drive on Rivers anymore.

Random off the topic question, is the handicap parking still at the convocation center like last year?

Can you park on Rivers Street the night beforehand? If not, when is the earliest you can park there?

it used to be 4 hours... not sure if that has changed?.... that was 4 years ago

I just got off the phone with campus traffic and was told that most of the stadium side of Rivers St road side parking will be closed off. She thought all the way to Walker Hall. I'll park on Peacock side.
