Last APP in majors was Mike Ramsey in 1985. Man that’s a long time. Thrilled for Springs

Saw somewhere it was 30 years. He pitched last night, two innings, 1 earned run.

How many have we sent to the minors the last decade?

I don’t know the number but I am sure it is very high. You have to remember the baseball draft has over 30 rounds. But it is so tough to make it to the majors.

Successful first inning, including striking out Mike Trout.

Per AppState Baseball Twitter, Jeffrey is the first alum to make a start since Don Cardwell’s last one in 1970.

He is one of three who have played in a World Series but does not have the longest career.
