Taylor Thurber is pitching ridiculously in relief right now. Announcers are right. He could eventually push for a starting role with the way that he has been throwing lately and specifically today

tie game at 3-3 going into bottom 7

3-3 bottom of the 7th. So far looking much better than yesterday, need to pull this one out.

Head leadoff single, Burris SAC bunt gets Head all the way to 3rd(!) and then Crespo singles home Head

Apps still leading going into the bottom of the 8th inning. a couple more insurance runs will be nice to set up the 9th. Josh Wilson got 3 quick outs in the top of the 8th.

This doesn't look good. I could tell Marcello didn't have it in warm ups. He's a bit wild now - walked the first two.

Now he has walked the bases loaded....Take him out please.
