We find a way to lose .Second winnable game this weekend but we can't get it done .Lead the league in pop up bunts and wild pitches? You guys know more about coaching in this sport ,so I will leave those issues to you , but it's frustrating with all the apparent self-inflicted damage.

Feel like we should be 2-0 yet 0-2. This one is brutal today. I can only recall 2-3 games this year where coach went to the wrong guy with a lead. Can’t happen against a 2-3 seed NCAA team.

Regarding all the wild pitches, yes our pitching staff throws a lot of them. Our walk ratio attests to that. But our front-line catcher has to do a better job of corralling those pitches in the dirt.

The overall most painful thing is that our beloved App State sports has become .500. We are simply average and that is a tough pill to swallow.

Overall baseball has always been average minus some good years from pollard and a few others here and there...but football...is def not average ...we average a bad season once every 15 years or so...basketball is getting better..our olympic sports do well
