Georgia Southern beats JMU, so it's simple. Win and we're 6th and get a first round bye. Lose and we're 9th and I believe play Southern on Tuesday.

Went to mow yard up 5-2. Just got done in 30 mins. Down 7–6. My bad guys. Not sure if 9 or 6 matters, Hamilton can’t throw every game.

If (big if) we manage a bye I'd seriously consider throwing our number 2 and save Hamilton. I know you gotta win but he can't pitch every day. Unless somehow he could throw another game if we go all the way in the tournament. Again all a huge IF. If we don't get the bye all bets are off

Down 7-5 went to edge, come back inside and up 10-7!!! Now I have no clue what to do. But go Apps! Finish them.

Our normal number 2 is todays starter. Depending on the opponent in the tournament, you can throw Cross, if available in Game 1 and use Hamilton in Game 2. But it is a single elimination Tuesday so you have play to win Tuesday and see what happens after that.

If we get down again, sounds like you may need to edge again....

I went to the grocery store down 7-6 and came up back 10-7 and immediately Troy scores a run. Anyone else need anything from Ingles?

I still haven’t blown the driveway off…glued to the TV now. We’ve had some MASSIVE games this year, and this is another one.

Might need a FG to secure this one

How about that. Pinch hit Braxton Church BOMB, announcers talk about his hometown, North Wilkesboro and how its “racing country”. Good for Church, he’s been great at getting on base.

A beauty of a hit and run. That’s perfection!! 1st to home on a ground ball to 2b! Tack some more on!

TREMENDOUS base running on that hit and run to make it 12-8. Britt's aggression as 3rd base coach paid off there as Troy wasn't expecting to have to relay it to the plate. And it would have been safe even if the catcher held onto it.

According to the announcer we advance to the double elimination round and play Troy first most likely. I believe in that scenario I pitch Hamilton first. If we win today

Yeah, if we win, we play Troy on Wednesday in the 3/6 game in the double elimination bracket.

If we lose, we fall to 9th and play 8th Georgia Southern in an elimination game on Tuesday.

Just allow less than 4 runs in 3 outs to get the tournament bye. If we can't do that, then we should just drop the basement program lol

LaSpaluto out here pinch running stealing bags! Pitchers are athletes!

Edit- Pitchers are not athletes. I jinxed it. He just tripped at 3rd on a wave home from Britt. Whoops!

Great win! 12-8 Apps. Onto the SBCtourney to play Troy again Wednesday.

5 innings from Steensma to save it. Wow

Great effort bye the boys today and a huge accomplishment to make the top 6 in the SBC. Baseball is the second best sport (possibly best) for the SBC. We all need to support this team more.
When will "It's better than what we had" no longer be good enough for App State?
