Another bad loss for Billy and Company. I do not understand how the man got a contract extension with this type of managing on a daily basis.

Cannot even explain how that loss happened. That is just a microcosm of the last year and a half of App baseball.

Don't disagree but he did nothing to earn his 3 year extension prior to this year. That is what I am referring to. He is around until 2018 I believe?

Tough situation for Ross to enter as a true freshman. Hard to tell by following live stats but it looks like he made the pitches to get us out of the jam. This one falls on the defense tonight.

Errors are going to happen when the 7 position players in the field are not actively involved in the game. Its a helpless feeling when you are in the field and watch the the bases filled via walks and hit batsmen and there is nothing you can do. Oddly enough (for the good) despite all of those extra baserunners, our pitchers did throw 14k's tonight however even one of those even got a free pass due to yet another passed ball.

Not making excuses for the Fielders - they do need to tighten it up - but lets not let one night with errors blind us as to where the games are being won and lost. It all revolves aound the sloppy pitching and miss management of the pitching staff. It makes me think of the old addage in NASCAR - "cautions breed cautions"

bingo. He does a terrible job of developing guys. Pitchers have gained no velocity since their freshman years. Unacceptable, especially on the foot tails of pollard, who had an exceptional system for developing guys.

Ross made some great pitches got two big outs. The ground ball was hit in the hole at 2b and the batter beat Ross to first base. Runner on second never stopped and scored easily. I watched, it was unreal.

Oh, I think you know. It was "good ol' boy syndrome." Cobb took care of Billy just like Chancellor Peacock took care of Cobb. And just like Cobb took care of a small, select few of his staffers before he left for Atlanta.
