I don't know if you can believe this, but it was 4-1 Apps going into the 8th and now it's 4-4 with UALR still batting.

Connor Leonard singled home Burris to retake the lead 5-4 in the 9th. Freshman making big hits. Going bottom 9th.

UALR got one run in the 9th, but stranded the winning run on third. Going to the 10th at 5-5.

At the Wake Forest game: with 7 strike outs under his belt, on fire, and a 3 -0 lead - Devrieze was replaced. Since, he has only appeared once, that was for 0.2 of an inning today. Interesting.

CC extended Jones' contract before departing for Georgia State, for what reason who knows. In the mean time App's record over the last 18 games is 2-16. Can it get any worse? Please say no!Goapps15 wrote:Good luck finding a way to pay off 3 years of his contract. He is here to stay.AppState wrote:We need to go in a new direction.

Re: Baseball at UALR
5-15 record last year is games like this last year was bad.
0-11 (0-7 in conference) this year, very hard to stomach.
We obviously have the talent to play with anyone (we are playing some good teams), but the night after night collapse must be getting hard on the program.
