Apps load the bases in the 9th and fail to score. Texas State scores a run in the bottom of the 9th to win 3-2 on a bases loaded walk.

That sounds familiar, happens very frequently.

Men vs Boys, all I'm saying is youth has constantly been given as a reason why we currently are not competitive on a regular basis. Yes, I'm convinced, I believe you!! On a side note, "Jones Era Ghosts" are not helping either.

12 months ago all these freshman were on a High school field somewhere and both them, and the Juco transfers, are seeing stronger bats, more speed and better pitching. Notice the solid leather on Texas defense and the ability to move the runners. They make game changing plays on the field and at the plate. Need to look for bright spots right now. An example just happened in T5 today: Leshock just laid out in center and made a great play, next batter come backer to P - 2 outs and then a K. That is a really good inning and they will become more frequent.

To clarify, "Jones Era Ghosts" isn't necessarily a reference to players, just my opinion. Given his past performance, I'm sure Coach Smith will take necessary action for improvement.
