Watching the short video at the bottom of the article of the last strikeout, it was interesting to see how quickly Marcello worked. When a pitcher has his stuff working, I think a fast pace puts even more pressure on the batter.

Had great seats yesterday. All of our pitchers looked really strong, with the exception of the occasional control issues.

One thing I really liked was the attitude. Once Marcello got the last out, there was a mild celebration, the usual handshakes and they walked off the field. They expected to win and that attitude is very important. I love Coach Pollard and we'll miss him but he certainly changed the culture of Appalachian baseball. Billy Jones looks like he is prepared to keep the train rolling!

http://www.gopack.com/allaccess/?media=370691 should give a free replay of the entire game. Nice of NC State to do this for free. I watched the 1st inning and then the last out of the game.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.
