Well, we were pissed off today! 16-1 Apps! The route is on. Tolley tanks and Boyd bashes!
Excellent outings by Steensma and Chirico today. Need to figure out how to win midweeks with pitching.

Aggressive start. Lot of tension in the ballpark

Anyone at the game know the reason why we aren’t playing 2 today? Heard anything?

My guess is that there is very little upside to playing two 7 inning games. We have a game on Tuesday and taxing a bullpen isn’t worth it for a non conference game.

Good win! The broadcast of the two games might have been the worst of any college game I have seen. Announcer was mostly clueless and couldn't keep up with who was at bat or what positions they played. Camera person was awful. Fly balls to left or right and all you saw was the CF trotting over to backup the play. Could not locate the ball when it was hit and often just showed grass or sky. Winthrop should be able to do better.

Pitching has look good, minimal free passes. Bats are doing enough and getting on base. Up 8-2 T8. ASL having a good day at the plate with 4 RBI’s.

I’ll be extremely happy with 30+ wins. Need to win most of our midweeks and go .500 or better in conference. .500 in this conference is going to be tough but think we can do it!

Avoiding UL and Southern Miss is nice.
