App has a 9-6 lead over the Fighting Irish with one out in the top of the eighth.

Notre Dame gets one in the top half of the inning. Thurber does strike out the side. He's had a strong outing, so far. 9-7 going into the bottom of the eighth.

Strand a runner on second in the eighth. We always seem to make it hard on ourselves. Three outs from a four game win streak, and a victory over an ACC team.
