We have -- including twice in recent years. Both recent cases involved "inappropriate behaviors" -- not low winning percentages. One involved a suspension and finally a quiet, over-the-summer dismissal. The former, at last report, was coaching two time zones away. The latter, is coaching 90 minutes away at a lower level.
