Stony Brook played down at LSU.
I still don't understand benching a player with a 9 game hit streak in Tanner Mann-Fix, nor having your centerfielder, Bauk, play the entire game in the field only to pitch the ninth inning with a four run lead.
Regardless, fantastic effort from Bobby Hampton on the hill. 7 IP, low pitch count, and kept mistakes in check.

Stony Brook went to the 2012 College World Series., beating LSU in Super Regionals in 3 games.
