Hopefully the Alabama game is at a reasonable hour on Sunday. I'd love to make it down for that game. High hopes for this season. It's either all or nothing as far as the OOC schedule is concerned.

Yes! totally agree!bigCasu wrote: ↑Fri Sep 07, 2018 8:14 amI could have quoted half the folks involved in this thread. Problem is, other coaches look at your roster and see what you have coming back before blindly scheduling a visit up the mountain in the early winter. We do not have a favorable roster you want to play on the road. We have our best roster, by far, in Fox's tenure. Schools are not lining up to play us. We have zero easy road/neutral court games. Adding all this up, this is what we get. You can't defend the home schedule if that is all you want to look at. Opportunity exists to watch this team off the mountain. Coastal North & South Carolina, the DC area, Florida. Go watch your school play.

Purdue is in the AP Top 25. Their first two games are lay-ups so we'll likely be playing a ranked Purdue to open up the Charleston Classic.
Alabama got a few votes, but will not be ranked when we face them.
