We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

I’m sorry but Kerns playing Mantis as much as he did really hurt the team. If you back and watch, when Mantis wasn’t giving up easy layups and and one’s he was not getting up on the screens. I’ll bet you Mantis is responsible for at least 10 Arkansas State points and he contributed his usual nothing
10 might be light. No Marsh and Huntley very questionable.

App has the best regular season in memory, and they’ll be rewarded with MAYBE and NIT bid. Meanwhile, some 10 loss SEC or Big 10 school will make the NCAA.
Great teams handle business. We can’t talk about being a tourney team and then almost flopping and then flopping in back to back nights.

Heck of an effort and a fun season! Hope we can host an NIT game!

Why in fu k would any APP fans say the other team deserved to win - Jesus H. Tapdancing Christ - Pathetic excuse for a fan
And stop calling out individual players saying their play cost the game -

It hurts but given our strength of schedule, we just couldn’t afford to drop games to Texas State or NIU.

What are all the new rules everyone’s talking about? Usually, I’d say 99% with our resume but have seen some saying we aren’t a lock to go to NIT.

Because I have eyes. Arkansas State brought arguably their best game, I think most can agree we did not. They found a way to win and I think they deserved it. Not that difficult to figure out.

Yes, totally agree. This is a very good basketball team. But the Sun Belt is pretty weak or average at best. Like it or not, there is a talent disparity with the power conferences. I feel this App team would have 10 or more losses with an SEC schedule.
Doesn’t take away the fact this team has had a great season and something to be proud of.

Ark St played better than us tonight and exploited matchups. That’s what rational fans do, give credit when it’s deserved.

Seconds chances killed us alone. Abson looked absolutely gassed, and couldn’t even slide over with no one near him to stop Fields rom tying it.

Tomorrow night would’ve been brutal on him and several of the others who looked to be struggling the most.

If we had made all our free throws we would have won.

Exactly. These dudes are men, they don't need their feelings protected. It's definitely on Kerns to have a pulse on who should be playing or not, it's not rec league ball. I'll definitely blame Kerns before the players for the last 2 games, but certain players deserve to be criticized. It's sports.

I think Abson was injured and gutting it out. He went down twice. Might he been shoved into the ArkSt player on the foul call on him, but they never showed a replay.

NIT bid coming
NIT for sure. I just hope they don't treat it like a letdown. We need to go deep in NIT with a nice run and maybe win that title. Hopefully this loss keeps Kerns around for one more year though. JMU is about to lose their coach to WVU so it will be interesting to see what happens with them.
