Of 25 years following App bball, perhaps my least favorite team.

Thank you Kerns for running Marsh off. Great coach, but can’t run 1st team all conference guys out the door.

The complete lack of any sort of offensive gameplan at the end of games is a much bigger concern. Kerns standing around and hoping Tate can win a bunch of one on ones is not a winning formula.

I hope Old Dominion goes on to win it all to make a mockery of this dumbass bracket.

We've mismanaged the bench all season and the lack of depth killed us in the end. Not to mention our fantastic offensive "gameplan".

I hope Kerns finds a better situation than what we can offer. I can’t imagine how disheartening it must be to build the strongest roster we’ve only had only to be told you can’t keep it while football is about to pour millions into some more luxury suites

Really hard to enjoy this crap anymore. Team turns over and you can’t watch guys develop for a couple of years. Guess next year it’s a new collection of transfers. Hope you fellas like this.

They won’t, they aren’t a good team, we played very poorly.

No one likes this, this isn’t something any App fan voted for. Silly comment.Bigdaddyg1 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 11:14 pmReally hard to enjoy this crap anymore. That’s your take? Kerns is the one who deserves better? He’s the head man. It’s his job to be good. There are many other mid majors who have the same challenges and can figure it out. That’s not soothing seeing as they beat us and it can be argued, the refs.

I don’t pretend to understand all of this.Seattleapp wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 11:17 pmThat’s your take? Kerns is the one who deserves better? He’s the head man. It’s his job to be good. But he did build the best roster we’ve ever had last year. Five years ago all those players would have been back this season but we know it’s a new landscape now. Instead we lost almost the entire starting lineup, primarily because they went to places where they would make more money. What part of this isn’t true? I’m sure he feels like he deserves more support considering what he has done for our program.
I love App State football with every fiber of my being. But if I’m him I’m seething that I have to rebuild an entire roster while we’re about to pour millions back into the football stadium. I have no clue if this is a valid frustration or not. But if I’m him I’m feeling it either way.

WBB ends the season on an 8 game losing streak and MBB ends on a four game losing streak. We’ve not had a lot of success in the tourney (3-6) outside of ‘21.

That’s a reasonable take. I’m just salty at the lack of coaching over past month. But you make good points and I appreciate the measured responsediehardapp18 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 11:22 pmI don’t pretend to understand all of this.Seattleapp wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 11:17 pmThat’s your take? Bad news. Joe Lunardi doesn’t have us in the field of 68.
