Next week will be tough with Troy. They are destroying Coastal this weekend. Gosnell will have her hands full with Troy center.

App St WBB 8-6 overall, 5-3 in conference, 3-2 at home
Troy WBB 9-4 on the year, 5-1 in conference, on the road, 0-2 on the road

Troy is 1st in the east, we're tied with South Alabama for 2nd so this is a big series!!!

I know we are all excited about where our men find themselves in the East but what the women have done is remarkable as well. Six of their eight games to date have been on the road. They now have a stretch of home games where hopefully they can put the pressure on 1st place Troy.

Second place in the east would be a solid finish. Coastal isn't good at all and WBB has already went 3-1 in Georgia. The second USA series will be pivotal for that second place finish.

Solid first quarter. Taking a 6 point lead into the first break. 20-14. Defense is looking really scrappy. Love the way they're fighting.

Ice cold to start the 2nd. Settling for too many 3 pt attempts. Troy zone is killing us.

In spite of the loses I feel better about the gals than the guys, after this weekend.

What a turn around weekend for Pre Stanley. After being named SBC POW for last week's performances, this weekend she averaged 6.5 points a game on 5-18 shooting.

They do host Ga State who they swept in Atlanta. Hopefully, they get back on track.

WBB lost by 10 yesterday after leading by 11 entering the 4th quarter. Hope for better results today.

Pre Stanley has fallen off the last three games after being POW. She's averaging just 7 a game during the losing streak.
