I do think this team is the best we have had in a while but 2 of those 10 wins are against D2 or below schools. We got some big wins for sure though. Just need to finish strong in league play. We will need to play a lot better than we did today to hit 10 wins in league play.

A lot going on in families of players. Prayers to them. But a good win down two guys that are difference makers. Crowd was better than I expected. The One o’clock tip helps out of towners , especially in winter weather. Enjoyed my pregame burger at the Cardinal , which was doing a brisk business with App fans.

17 more regular season games. Would love us to get to 25 wins including conference tournament games.

It's really hard for any good college basketball team to go 23-7 in the regular season. That would be incredible. Any good team in even a decent conference needs to be at minimum 10-3 (like us) a game into the conference slate. We really need to avoid the stinker where we lose to a cellar dweller

It would be nice to see JMU run the table until the championship game and lose. The Sunbelt would be a two bid league should this happen. Hopefully, it is App that knocks them out. If we could make a run including wins against JMU and Auburn we may would get a 12 seed instead of a 16 seed.
