I am so impressed with Jim Fox and our team. They have shown continuous improvement throughout the year. CC may have screwed up our basketball program, but he may have finally left us with a gem in Coach Fox! Thanks Bob McKillop! Go APPS!

Babic may already be our best all-around talent. He can play any of four positions. He can handle the ball like a point guard; he can shoot the trey from anywhere on the court; he has uncanny passing skills; he can drive to the basket and finish above the rim and he regularly draws the opponent's best player to lock down on defense. He's also an honor student and he's articulate when the media shoves a mike and video camera in his face. He was a steal for Fox. He was headed to the Ivy League (Princeton, Columbia or Dartmouth) as a preferred walk-on. A lot of schools missed on Jake; and it worked to our benefit. And he's already in love with The High Country and ASU.

Believe me, that was tough to type, but I'm really impressed with Fox.

I've forgiven Davidson. McKillop must have thought more of App and our basketball potential than we previously believed. He wouldn't have set Fox up to fail. I hope they win the A10.

Bob knew that if he sent Fox to App that he wouldn't have to play us anymore.

Coaches hate playing their mentors.

He does need to learn to be more decisive on in bounds plays. But he is the kind of versatile player that Fox wants for his system.

 Completely agree. He was particularly embarrassed with the one in the late second-half last night. He recovered quickly and hit a driving layup in heavy traffic on the next trip downcourt, but it was still bothering him in post-game interviews. Fox probably won't let him forget it anytime soon.

As I've said before....my son played HS hoops with Matt McKillop and I've known Bob since my son attended camps there when he was 12. He is a class act and is to Davidson what Jerry Moore was to App. He is jealous of the potential of App yes, but there is nothing about App he dislikes ( other than the past 2 ADs. ). Fox has great potential and the new AD is committed to helping improve the program. We will be dancing in 2017.

No need for him to be jealous of App's potential with what he has in Davidson. No serious competition from football, for starters.
