Not familiar enough with Kerns to feel much one way or the other.
Just renewed season tickets and fingers crossed he can turn this ship around.
Hope we’re able to keep our existing recruiting class together as well as existing roster.

24-8??? I like how you think but if we get close to .500 that’s a gigantic improvement.HighPointApp wrote: ↑Sat Mar 30, 2019 12:31 pmWe are a football school. The expectations are high. We are at the top of our conference. We go 8-4 in football and it is viewed as a down season. We go 24-8 in basketball and that’s the best thing since sliced bread. The expectations are different, plain and simple, at least right now. I’m happy to be a football school in a basketball state, don’t get me wrong. I’ve always thought we had a better shot to compete at the highest level in basketball because a good coach and even just one star player can carry you further.

I was just illustrating how winning roughly 2/3 of our football games would be a letdown, while winning roughly 2/3 of our b ball games would be amazing. Different expectations.

Good article, has me excited for App State Basketball and that hasn't happened in a long long time. Hopefully Kerns will be the guy to bring some excitement, which translates to fans in seats, back to App State Basketball.

Re: MBB: Welcome Coach Dustin Kerns
We got to meet Coach Kerns at the Lenoir Yosef Club Spring Tour stop. He was great to talk with and gives me hope for the future of our MBB team. I was so very impressed that we have purchased season tickets (that we had been thinking about getting) for the first time. The other coaches were great too and we have increased our Yosef Club membership to the next level. Also, thanks for another great App State article by Ethan Joyce. Again, Welcome Coach Kerns and Give Em Hell!AppGrad78 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 8:11 amSome encouraging news toward the bottom of Ethan’s story:
