I'm trying to do the same through the blog. Need to find a way to get more students reading though. Not too many on the message boards.
LIke I said before, Fox needs to hit every Frat and start getting them involved.
The problem with our Greek system is that we don't have housing outside of the APH. So Fox would need to try and get face time in chapter meetings. They have large Greek events on duck pond every now and then but that's hard to engage people at.

Another thing is to show up and engage people that BBall intramural games. I think they would be likely supporter of bball.
Half the battle is just having a coach that shows up and student events and asking the kids to come out, have whatever groups/clubs, etc they are involved in interested. Have a Frat nite, club nite, etc.

He said as much in the presser. Said he was going to hit every frat and sorority we had.

There is this little place right across the street from his office called Klondike. You want Greeks, they got em. Also the one down 105 towards Foscoe and the few next to Klondike. Get the busses to designate gameday routes from Highlands, Cottages, Meadowview, Mountaineer Village to get kids to and from games quicker. Many thing can be done that haven't been in the past. Most importantly...WIN!!!!

What if we have a section for the Nerd Network at games called the Star Fox!
Also someone asked if the new coach has met the women's basketball staff. I heard that Kelsey Sharkey was showing him around campus at one point so that would probably be a yes.

Can he do a barrel roll?
That's what I do. I gripe and I know things.

That's a
big affirmative on Kelsey. She was JFox's escort and videographer all day yesterday; shooting footage for a new men's basketball recruiting video and future basketball promos.
Proud triple-degree App grad--Classes of '66, '70 and '81.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!

I was at the Hickory Spring Tour tonight and Darcie was there. She commented to the crowd how Fox brought so much energy to basket ball offices today and how she was looking forward to working beside him and his staff.

That's right just think outside the box and change things that aren't working. At least from reading other ppl comments it sounds like Fox is going to make an effort.

I have a really great idea. Why don't you go see Darcie and refer to her program as the "hen house" to her face. My best guess is that every lady on the team could take you out on the court and make you look stupid. Then again you already did that.
