I sure hope we do better than that but I will be happy to take one more losing season if he straightens out the mess. A season where things are taken care of in the classroom and no off court problems will be an improvement.asu66 wrote:1. Tab Hamilton

10. Jacob Lawson
We're down to 8 scholarship players, including Lawson and Spagnolo. Pergason and Clarke are walk-ons; unless they manage to benefit from attrition. If they get scholarships, we're in for a 2-26 season. That's only if we play Lees-McRae and Montreat.

Assuming we get another year out of Tommy we have 4 players that have all started for App on that roster. With good coaching I don't see why we cant win a few more game than last year with essentially the same starters. Fox may have a Euro or JUCO up his sleeve to help out as well.bcoach wrote:I sure hope we do better than that but I will be happy to take one more losing season if he straightens out the mess. Lawson is potentially a solid contributor as well, right?ASUPATCH wrote:Assuming we get another year out of Tommy we have 4 players that have all started for App on that roster. Actually, five folks on the roster have started in the 2013-14 season. If Lawson can contribute you have a decent nucleus, it really because a matter of developing some depth. We could have a decent inside game, the help really is at the PG position.

At PG we have Burgess and Mike Neal (I guess). Could use a solid backup there, but IF Neal is solid, then we should be ok. Frank Eaves and Tab are the only wings on the squad that boast significant PT. We really need a small forward type to come in.
