All one has to do is compare Fox's first class to his most recent to see the progress that is being made. We all want to get there as soon as possible because we have been down so long but I do believe good things will happen to those of us who wait. That doesn't mean there won't be nights where we want to pull out our hair (luckily I have none left to pull) and we won't be frustrated with a loss but we are still in big picture mode with this team.

Found a minute to answer a question in the Lodge so I'll answer this one as well. Robinson was being recruiting as a football player and most basketball coaches that had talked to him expected him to play FB. He made the decision to play basketball late and Fox made a quick trip to see him as soon as that became known. It just worked out for us since many schools that were interested had already filled out their classes.

It's kind of a no lose situation for UNCC. No one expects them to win.

Maybe you misunderstood my post. Them talking smack about beating us in MBB is about like smacking for being the tallest midget. I would say to same to anyone on here talking smack about beating them in FB.

Well that's different, those people deserve it. Im with you, i hate talking smack because it tastes too bad when it comes back around. I do think those UNC Harrisburg people have it coming to them

I agree, except my daughter graduated from there, however she is a huge App fan and has seen more App games in person than I have in the past few years.

When I was in school we had Bobby and VG. What a place to see a game! It is uphill all the way for Fox. How do you convince an 18 yr. old to come play for you when the roof caved in years ago? I would guess we are pretty far down the list if on it at all for most prospects that we target. Is the strategy to go after the very best although we may have little chance to sign them or take it in steps? I just hope that our team and coaches will soon experience the excitement of VG from the days of old.
