Sun Belt BB preseason picks a mixed bag

ASU Women Picked 8th; Madi Story named to Preseason All-Sun Belt Second Team. Angel Elderkin just may have the puzzle pieces to make a run at a high tourney seed.

Ga. South is 10th, Coastal Carolina is 11th

ASU Men Picked *gulp* 11th; Ronshad Shabazz named to Preseason All-Sun Belt Third Team. Jim Fox needs for his guys to start shooting higher percentages if they have any hopes of making a run at the upper division. They have talent, but they also have a track record of poor shooting as a team.

Ga. South is 4th, Coastal Carolina is 5th. Disappointing to see Ga. South so far ahead; and CCU starting in the upper division. Cliff Ellis is 70+ but he can still recruit and coach.
