Really starting to get some good size on this team. That's seven players 6'7"+, and none under 6'

I think you're looking at Maverick Rowan of NC State in the foreground of the image. Seacat was the player trying to rip the ball away.

BOONE, N.C –– Appalachian State University men’s basketball head coach Jim Fox has announced the addition of former William & Mary forward Hunter Seacat (Mooresville, N.C./Lake Norman) to the Mountaineer roster on Wednesday. Seacat will be eligible to play for the Mountaineers beginning in the 2017-18 season.
Seacat, a current sophomore, finished his freshman campaign for the Tribe in 2015-16. The Mooresville, N.C. native stands as a 6-foot, 9-inch 235-pound forward who came off the bench in 19 contests for the Tribe last season.

A forward who possesses a 7-foot wingspan, Seacat was invited to compete in the North Carolina Top 80 event in March 2014. What level is Lake Norman High School? Are they 2-A, 3-A, or 4-A?

Lake Norman was 4A state champs in 2010 and runner up in 2014, Seacat's junior season. he has the potential to be a good player for us, assuming he has been working hard in the weight room.
