This was in Steve Behr's office today and I noticed it for the first time.

This was when Buzz decided to stay at the 11th hour and this paper was literally pulled off the presses and never distributed.

what year was that? Was it a year or two before he went to Tulsa?

Yep, that was on his wall when I worked at the Democrat ages ago. It was 1999, the year before he left for Tulsa. Steve Alford had just left SWMSU for Iowa.
