This may seem like I picking on basketball.....but I have a question.

A couple of years ago we "forget" to schedule officials for a Bracketbuster game.

Now Canty's Jersey is Mis-spelled. "Appalachain"

This may seem small to "most" folks, many folks. But who is in charge of Basketball after the head coach. While there are some coaching issues I have.....This is just embarrassing!

How can we expect to be 'OK", "Good", "competitive", "Great" if we are not taking care of these details?

That mispelled jersey is very embarrassing. To make it worse a Va Tech student or fan (not sure) caught it, and posted it, so they are probably making a joke about App State over it.

Doug Justice / Game Management was the officials. I have no idea on the jersey.

The jersey is bad, especially because he apparently had to wear it in two games.

This happened a couple of years ago at Kentucky, and worse for Kentucky it was for a photo shoot and the jersey was John Wall's. This doesn't excuse Appalachian's mistake, but it does happen--even for schools where basketball isn't an afterthought.

I found the score of the VT/ASU football game a lot more embarrassing than some silly jersey. The TV stations and newspaper still use stock pictures from that game for stories. I have not seen one thing up here about that jersey.

It appears to have been that way for 2 maybe 3 games.
Not good.
