Western Carolina game
Back on the court vs the Catamounts tonight. We're 5-4 they are 2-6. Obviously this is one we SHOULD win, I just hope we don't come out sleepwalking. All 6 of their losses have come to pretty respectable programs. Let's hope we get a nice road win tonight.

Re: Western Carolina game
Relatively favored....
It's early but our RPI is 254 compared to WCU @ 204.
Earlier I saw the spread at -4, but noticed it expanded to -6.
ESPN gives us a 60% chance to win.
Part of the reason I looked all of this up, was I didn't want to be disappointed if we lost, aka justification, but either way, their record doesn't tell their whole story, but I think we squeak out a win and don't cover the spread.

Remember, RPI is more about who you play than how you play.CharlotteApp05 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2017 4:00 pmRelatively favored....

Kenpom, which is the opposite, has us at 186 and Western at 278.

Re: Western Carolina game
Haven't been able to watch, but I remember last year they slowed down the game on us a ton and won because of that. Low scoring first half makes me think they are having success with a similar strategy again tonight. Hope Fox makes adjustments at the break, we are more talented.
