Yep, that game was my introduction to App State basketball as a student. Luckily, we were pretty darn good over the next 5 years of my undergrad and grad school experience. The difference is that game was against an ACC school, not Coastal Carolina.

Pulled back to within 4 pts at the under 16 off some really good shooting. We're still not rebounding as well as we should be, but we can score some points in a hurry when they're falling.

Fully expecting to pull ahead by a couple possessions then get gut punched by the Chanticleers for our fifth straight loss in conference play.

At least our free throw shooting continues to improve lol.

Couple bad calls but doesn’t change the fact this is unfortunately one of the worst seasons I can recall in last couple decades. I’ve watched an astounding amount of poor App basketball but at least most of our teams showed some heart. Half our guys don’t seem to care and it shows. Sucks for guys like Isaac Johson who play hard and deserve better.

I don’t see any scenario where Fox gets these guys to start playing up to their talents. We shouldn’t be regressing massively when we’re returning nearly everyone from a .500 squad...

This was our only shot at a road win. 7-9 CCU. Second to last in the league. If I’m DG I make a coaching change after this game. Send a message to the fans that we deserve better than this.
