Interestingly, just heard the announcer say something along the lines of being "surprised" that the Mountaineers were "sharing the ball", that he thought it would be another "Shabazz show". It's no surprise that "sharing the ball" we're winning at this point in the game. Keep up the good work, guys.

Apps up 43-34 at the half but Ark State might have a little momentum because the score was 41-25 at the 3:00 mark.

Looking at the first half stats on ESPN it seems the difference so far is free throws. The Apps were 14-19 from the line in the 1st half whilst Arkie was only 1-1. Must be some strange officiating going on in Jonesboro when the visitor goes to the line 19 times and the home team only goes once.

Apps still up by 9 at the 11:00 minute mark. Both teams have traded baskets in the second half.

Arkies cut the lead to 4 after Shabazz tosses up a three point brick. 8:00 mark. Apps haven't scored in over three minutes.

Lead cut to 2. Watching play-by-play we seem to be doing nothing on offense but jacking up threes.

Justin Forrest hits a three to put the Apps back up by 3. He's burned cotton tonight with 21 points.

And just as I type the previous post Arkie goes up by one, 65-64. Their first lead of the second half. 3:24 remaining.

Justin Forrest hitting some clutch 3's is only thing keeping us in this. We've had difficulty adjusting to their zone defense & pressure for the entire second half and solution is to just keep repeating the same sequence of forrest 3, turnover, turnover. Painful to watch.

Ok. We're getting outcoached....again. If Justin Forrest wasn't like 8-11 from 3 pt this would be another 15 pt loss.

The wide free throw advantage we had in the first half is the only reason we had as big of a lead as we did. The fouls are evening out this half as we knew they would.

And just like that Shabazz hits two threes to tie things up. 1:17 left.

Would have liked to seen a quick drive to the bucket right there. Missed a 2 for 1 opportunity and gives A State the ball to potentially win it.
