If you can possibly be in Boone for the game, please make your way to Holmes to cheer on the team. I'd much rather be in Boone on this fine sunny day than sitting at my desk. Alas, this desk and the work done at it are what afford me the chance to support App State financially. No complaints here.

Until this morning we were planning to make the trip but sometimes life gets in the way of living however we'll be cheering but women and men from the tv room and hope to be back next Saturday.

UALR is tied for first in the conference with their only loss to Troy. So far, UALR is dominating the game. Turnovers have been a factor as they were the last time these two teams met. We're not "there" yet, but we're making consistent progress.

As an aside here, I wouldn't want to play against Ashley Polacek. She's one tough cookie!

Well, it appears as though UALR is showing the Lady Apps why they're in first place in the Sun Belt.

We went 0-3 v. them last year. We have never beaten them.

The ULR women brought overwhelmingly firepower to Boone , again. They have that program rolling and kudos to them . We are improving, even with this loss (to a really good team) I like what I see - improvement.
