Re: Sun Belt Schedule Released
The only way to get better dates is to have a better team and thus, better attendance.

It's not going to get much better regardless of how good we are. 4 of our first 7 on the road. I mean do you really expect to start conference with 7 straight road games? We got the majority on the road. Be happy we got that much.

Re: Sun Belt Schedule Released
Very strange to start conference play before new years, wonder why?. Relatively close non conference travel, more road games while on break than home conference games so that is good news and more home games than road once they return. On balance I would say this is a student athlete "friendly" schedule. Semester break is always going to be a attendance limiting factor for low division 1 outside of a metropolitan area. Seems like a schedule they can do something with. This will test the previous theory about playing a super tough non conference schedule as preparation for conference play. Good luck to them.

Not really. With the bigger leagues and issues with non-conf scheduling, they have been adding more conf gamesdman4x wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2019 3:32 pmVery strange to start conference play before new years, wonder why?. That's what I do. I gripe and I know things.
