Seems like we’ve met before , been awhile. They’ve got a new coach and system but these guys are always a tough out. I expect a fight. I like our chances , especially if we can push tempo....and hit free throws.

The best was when we played them in the FCS playoffs in 2006, something happened to a player, and our students were politely heckling them, and he gave the students the bird and had to be rushed away by an assistant coach. The loud BOOS were great!

Those weren't students, it was the 111 section. I may have been one of his initial targets...

I have a strong negative reaction to Montana State to this day due to that playoff game... I recall several dirty actions on the part of their players.

I think we played them in Varsity when I was in school. I remember giving them a "you've got jet lag" chant. Tight game, came down to the final seconds, but they beat us and one of their players gave the student section an NWO crotch chop on the way off the floor. I was mad, but kind of had to respect it too.

For those that may not realize it, the games against Montana St & Tennessee Tech are at Fleming Gym on UNCG's campus. Monday night's game will be at the Coliseum.
