HUGE home game vs in state opponent this week

Unread post by strAPPon » Tue Nov 19, 2019 1:17 pm

Y’all gonna watch the big home game this week? A team from a couple miles down the road coming up the hill. I can’t wait to show them what App is all about!

So how will Roy And the boys compete when Elon comes to town? I expect total domination.

Must be hard to not have any success in any sport and be completely dominated in football over and over by a team not in a major market.

At least they have that big market to watch them suck very badly.

I’m rolling up to Boone. Looking forward to it. We gave y’all more of a game than expected in football so maybe y’all can give us a game here. After beating more talented teams in Davidson and Wake we are feeling good but we have a young team and going on the road into a fairly stale environment so we shall see. Still trying to decide where to pregame. Wife grew up in Boone and made some suggestions, but would welcome any suggestions from y’all.

Saw it’s a whiteout for y’all. Does that mean shirts or is that referring to your 84% white student body? Why are y’all scared of diversity?

Shot at a bowl game with two games to go in only our 7th year of existence, I’d say it’s coming along nicely.

Combined records of the 5 big wins is 12 and 40. Mighty impressive. Two of the Charlotte victims have 1 win, two have 3 and one has 4. Well deserved bowl with another victory.

The name is much too clever for someone like CLT.

I think it’s great play that a group of people that have such a hard on for App would reference a strap on in their trolling. Maybe he or she was searching for the feeling they get when they think about Yosef?

They would probably prefer you use 'it' instead of he or she.

Currently sitting 4th in a bad conference...impressive. No signature wins although I do see some bad blowout losses. Hell, most of your losses are blowouts. But hey, you've got a three game winning streak against the likes of North Texas, Middle Tennessee and UTEP.

Did get lucky that the conf mates are mostly dumpster fires this year. No winning records that I see from your wins so far. Marshall will be tough I'd guess. But you do have ODB (I mean ODU to get that easy bowl eligibility on the last game).

Are you looking for a full meal or just drinks?

We have the full gamut of crappy chain places along 321 so you can feel at home before the beatdown. Sorry we don’t have as many used car lots or trash ridden freeways so it would really feel like UNCC.

How is that crime rate in University City? I'd been more concerned about that, than diversity statistics at App.

Enjoy your trip up the mountain. It's probably a shorter drive than most of UNCC students morning commute.

You can go ahead and just eat at the Arby's in Lenoir. Seems more UNCC's style than local restaurants in a downtown setting.

Have fun!

Highly connected Charlotte Alum Grady Davis reporting that if Healy gets Charlotte to a bowl game, look for him to fill a vacancy at a struggling P5 school, because if he can get Charlotte to bowl eligibility, he can most definitely win anywhere.

I just went over to their message board. They have been chirping about this game for a week. Now CLT ghost, or whatever this losers name is, makes up an account and starts a thread on our board. They really are obsessed with us.

I also see where ESPN is giving us almost as a high of a percentage chance to win this game, as NWA49 claims there are white kids on Apps campus. 77% App wins...84% whites on Apps campus. Is this right NWA49? You seem to be tracking diversity. Diversity Police?

I'm going to laugh my ass off if we win this game. They are so desperate the make up for the ass whooping on the football field. Good luck my little commuting friends.

I think the environment will be decent. I remember when we beat UNCC on the hardwood when I was in college. It was a packed house and electric atmosphere.

Nah, just some senile 80 year old that wishes his schools athletics department was even in the same stratosphere as Apps.
