Hey, don’t look now but we’ve got a decent round ball team!

With our win over Troy, we’ve snuck up to 133 on ESPN’s BPI.

Unlike prior years when we sat around the 300’s and surrounded ourselves with the likes of Doug’s College, Salisbury Technical Institute and Devry, we’ve actually got some real names around us.

APP STATE - 133
Boston College - 128
Wake - 111
Georgia Tech - 109
Ga State (top ranked sunbelt team) - 106

I'm going to try to catch a few on ESPN this year. I like what Kerns has been able to do thus far.

NET rankings has us as the highest ranked Sun Belt team at 107.

To save a quick google search for those wondering how it’s determined - NET rankings rely on game results, strength of schedule, game location, scoring margin, net offensive and defensive efficiency, and the quality of wins and losses. Other factors play in as well.
