Ball did not bounce our way tonight. Good effort. Tough luck. Chin up and get this next one against stink.

Forrest was cold, hopefully law of averages occurs and he plays well Saturday.

But man Lewis is going to be a special player.

Took way too long to settle into any kind of rhythm.Pounded on the boards and another nothing game from the bench. Oh yeah they shot 50 some percent from downtown.Upside was Lewis and our fight back. Overall , I think they are just more talented at this point and it showed. On to Statesboro.

Our 3 point defense must be awful! How many teams shoot over 50% from three??!!?!!?? Seems like every team we play, does! On the positive side Kendall Lewis might be as good as we’ve ever had at his size (time will tell). Lewis, jr looks good too. If Gregory will develop then we may be slightly better next year. We really need a point guard!!!!!

In our defense that is the one shot that we are more likely to give up. Some nights that is going to bite us.

We compensate for lack of size by packing it it closer to the basket....

I don’t think we have the horses to defend the perimeter and the lane. If teams shoot over 50% from 3 they earned it. If you don’t attempt any resistance at all that’s another thing. Slow starts are hard to overcome. Team still shows a lot of promise. Little Rock lost so it happens

We were at the game last night and App just got off to a horrible start. To their credit they fought and clawed their way back into the game. It just seamed that every time App would get it to single digits, GSU would hit a 3 or we would miss an opportunity and they would capitalize on the other end. They had a lot of open looks at 3's but they also hit a lot of contested 3's as well. The bright spot is if you look simply at the stats App should have lost by 30; they stayed in the game on pure effort. Now, just don't get blown out early at GS and split this trip! Go Apps!
