Horrible defense twice. Letting the ball get behind us on the dunk with 5:30 to go then again on the inbound pass with 2 on the shot clock at 5:00.

It just seems whenever we look like we have turned the corner, we lay an egg. Giving credit where it is due, USA is beginning to look like the team they were projected to be.

Completely outclassed in the post. Too long and athletic, I don’t see how we beat this team earlier in the year.

As soon as I saw Seacat fronting Ajayi on the high side I knew he was toast before the ball was inbounded. Very confused by that defensive alignment, we have been giving the baseline up more than usual tonight too.

O'showen was plinking them late. Tied the App single-game 3 point record at 10.

The fight is there, but USA is the better team tonight. They are going to be a tough out for anyone in this conference. Incredible game from Williams. Not sure what kind of injury Forrest had but he just doesn't seem at full speed.

O'Showen was the man tonight. 32 WOW. South Alabama just hit all the shots they needed to hit and we went cold a couple times. Way to fight back there at the end though.

Poor performance . Focus? Energy?Would have been absolutely blown out without Williams career night. Are they are just that much better at this point? I really don’t think so . Coach nailed it in the post game.

Live by the 3, die by the 3.

Out of 60 field goal attempts, 38 were 3-pointers.

If it weren't for Williams hitting 10 for 20, this outcome could have been much worse.

Also, when your opponent shoots 70% from the field it's hard to pull out the W.

I'm still very proud of our team being 15-13 overall and 9-8 in conference play with a new coach, and still an opportunity to be seeded higher in the tournament than in the past.

Compared to the past years we've had on the hard court, this is a big improvement!

Noticed that they had a couple of those 6’6” slasher guys who got to the rim easily. Too many easy layups. We really struggle getting the ball up the court and in a half court set. It’s tough getting guys in the paint who can finish. Still, great to still be in the mix.

USA is a veteran team, and was predicted to win the league this year. They seem to be getting into their groove at the right time, winning 5 in a row now. I saw several teams last night that could win the SB tourney. Aside from USA, UTA looked good in their victory over Ga State, and Tx State was dominant against southern. Although UALR has been in first all season, there at least 4 or 5 other talented teams that look to be peaking at the right time.

The Fun Belt tourney could be down right exciting and I think that is great for the conference and all the members.
