Good , not great.I think we can win two , or lose two , but should get a split.

I think the team finds its groove. They've gotten used to not playing with Lewis (I have a feeling we may never know exactly what happened there) and we come out firing. 2-0.

I don't know if we'll even get one of these games from them but I'd love to see us split.

Eliel Nsoseme is gonna be a problem, the former Cincinatti Bearcat is averaging a double double, we are going to need to make rebounding a point of emphasis
Most of their key players are via the Transfer Market: Nsoseme (Cincy), Their leading scorer Corey Allen (Detroit Mercy), Justin Roberts (DePaul), JoJo Toppin (UGA), and Ryan Boyce (Memphis)

I feel like with the increased basketball chatter we've had this year if not for COVID watch parties would be popping up all over NC. His deal had to be for 4-5 years...Keeping Kerns long term has to be one of Doug Gillin's priorities.

How many fans are they allowing in Holmes?
Do you believe I can purchase tickets the day of the game? Thinking of taking my 2 kids this Saturday.

Should still be 1%, so around 85 people. I think they’re only allowing players’ family members and maybe a few others, but not sure who those few others are.

Long stretch between these games but it is nice having basketball back to back nights lol. With the divisions/four matchups tiebreakers are everything. Two wins (and the existing tiebreakers) positions the team well for the #1 seed. A split still works out well enough given the extra set of games.

Living by the 3. Made 8 in the first half. Almonacy, Forrest and Delph are crushing it right now.

Can someone explain that shot clock violation to me? We absolutely got cheated out of 2 points there.

Re: MBB vs Georgia State (1/22 6pm & 1/23 4pm)
That was a horseshite call! Refs called the lob a pass and not a shot when it hit the rim. The shot clock reset which should’ve been correct and the bucket should’ve counted.AppState2018 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 22, 2021 7:12 pmCan someone explain that shot clock violation to me? My question to the refs, had the lob gone in the basket, would they not count the 2 points because it was a “pass”?

They're really testing the ball handling skills of some players with this full court press.
