That is unfortunate as he was the best wing defender on the team (maybe the conference).

No personal insight from me but hope he finds a place to continue his education.

Disappointing news. Would like to know what happened or at least know if it was his choice or coach.

WIth Monday slated as the return of on campus--in person classes, this has the feeling of a deadline not met to complete fall semester work in a satisfactory manner. Whatever, I also hope KL finds an academic and basketball home not called Ga State or Ga Stink.

Would he not have to be academically eligible to transfer? Has NCAA dropped all requirements?

Not sure, but I would guess he can transfer if the school will accept him and then work on eligibility. And it may not be academics. We might never know. That's ok with me.

I would have preferred that the other Kendall Lewis, from the ESPN+ crew, enter the transfer portal.
