We open our basketball season one week from tonight at home against ETSU. I am encouraging everyone to attend in order to show appreciation for what this team did last year and as a show of support for the program that Coach Kerns is building. Not to mention the Super Seniors who came back to give their all for Appalachian State. Plus.....it's an old rival. Let's make it loud in there. Looking forward to it.

Agreed. We waited some miserable years for a coach like Kerns and he is signing some great new players. The program is light years ahead of just a few years ago. Let’s support these guys. One trick pony my #%*.

Just have to wonder when they're going to mail our season tickets.

Put the students on the sidelines not the end lines. Give them the first ten or so rows to create the atmosphere we need to dominate home games.

Students used to be courtside, at least 2004-2010.

Our season tickets came today. It's like an early Christmas present! Can't wait until Friday. We went over to the ETSU game in 2019 and they had a packed house. I am pretty sure their students were already gone for the holidays too. It was an awesome crowd and they were loud. I hope we are on our way to having crowds like that at The Holmes Center.

FYI- App State Mens BB single-game tix go on sale Nov 8th at 9am.

Maybe my tickets will arrive tomorrow, but I don't even see them on my MF site.

Retired (returned) to the area last year and even though I’ve pulled for the Apps I’ve been unable to get to many games.(only a few in the early part of the century - LOL)
My son and I are planning to attend but where do the out of town fans park.

Rivers Street Parking Deck is an easy walk to Holmes.

My family of four will be there. I’m ready to show support after not being able to attend last year. Let’s give this team a well deserved home court experience after playing for virtually zero fans last year. I’m sure there will be quite a few folks coming up Friday for the football game on Saturday who can show up. It seems like there would be some marketing from the athletics dept along these lines.

There is a great ticket package for this weekend. Basketball ticket, football ticket and Sunday Wrestling ticket for $40 bucks. That is a lot of entertainment for $40 bucks.

Call the ticket office and ask for it.
