MBB vs Delaware, Monday 11/22 7:30pm

Delaware (202 RPI) are 2-1 with wins over La Salle and Siena. They took a 20 point loss on the road vs Davidson (11).
ESPN Matchup predictor has it a 50/50 ballgame.
We all wish we'd picked up the win vs Charlotte (50) but we've got to feel good about the resilience of the team to mount that insane comeback. Currently App are ranked 158 via RealTimeRPI.com.

That was a heckuva comeback. Kerns' guys never quit. Did you read about our first two signees for 2022? We got a 6-9 235 F/C from FL and a 6-3 Guard from GA. More in May!

So here's to three wins in three days on the sunny Fl Gulf Coast. First up are these guys...

I dunno about matchups. They've got a lot of height and beef (a ton more than we have), they're averaging 79 ppg and hitting 79% from the line. Gotta hope their bigs are slow afoot and their sharp-shooters are ice-cold all night.
IMHO, the scariest guy on the Hen roster is grad student D.Painter at 6-10 235. He was 9th in the nation as a defensive rebounder last season and was selected first-team all CAA. He's pulled 19 boards twice in his career...one of those was against Elon. He's also a 57% career FG shooter. Not too shabby.

Yeah sorry guys I tagged this as an @ Delaware game but it’s the Gulf Coast Showcase tournament in Florida. My mistake.
Win and we face the winner of Akron and Fordham. I don’t know if there’s a losers bracket for this tournament. I would assume so because if we didn’t teams knocked out in the first round would have big holes in their schedules. If anyone knows help me out. But if we keep advancing we could play Rice, Evansville, Vermont or Oakland.
It’s carried on Flo sports, which I know a lot of people don’t have. I know of a *whispers*less than legal website to stream games. I’ll try it later and if it works help anyone who wants to try it (or just DM me now and I’ll reply with instructions). Don’t know for sure that they’ll have it but it’s worth a try.

There is a losers' bracket but not double elimination. All teams play 3 games.

Rice beat Evansville in 3 OTs and Oakland beat Vermont by 2 in the first two games of the tournament.

Huntley isn't capable of playing at the 5 for us yet, first time this year our lack of size is biting us in the ass
