Anyone planning to go?

My daughter bought me a ticket so I am going with my daughter and her boyfriend. I am driving over from Greensboro and they are coming over from Raleigh.

We have a group of about 20 going.

My UNC grad father-in-law got us $15 tickets. There'll be four of us. I'll be the only true App fan in the group. My wife is still a Heels fan but pulls for the Mountaineers otherwise. She didn't stand a chance growing up with two UNC alums for parents. I can't get her to shake it and my happiness is directly related to hers so that's the way it is. She's also a Cowboy's fan. Oh well, I still love her.

I was planning to attend but I am having surgery tomorrow to have a kidney removed. I'll be there in spirit with my daughter and her boyfriend, all App alums rooting for the Mountaineers either in person or virtually.

Yes, I will admit to be a bit nervous. Not so much for the surgery though a bit of that but the pathology later and the results. And I have some family history in this area of the body. I will not deny being nervous.

Hopefully I am able to cheer Saturday morning. I think the same daughter will be here watching with me. And my youngest twin will be on Amtrak helping her older twin get back from VCU. I will be taking the train ride vicariously as well.

Considering it but have had trouble getting very excited for it tbh.

Could see Carolina going either way after that debacle against Kentucky. As another poster mentioned, typically you'd expect them to be angry and come out looking to redeem themselves. But that program has had some weird vibes the last few years, and I could also see them getting discouraged and coming out flat again.

Presumably App will have gained at least some measure of confidence from hanging with Duke for 25 minutes or so.

Hope App. St. plays well. Concerned overall as stated above on Heels....and we typically have not had one player be en Fuego like 5 was in 1st half against Dook. With that said, this is why you play the game...let's go App. St.!!
